The Kleen-Team provides specialized service for the identification of unknowns.  For example Containers and drums that have been exposed to the elements or have been stored for long periods of time my lose their markings or labels making it impossible to identify their contents.  We provide on site field identification of unknown substances by utilizing a combination of process knowledge, elementary chemistry, HazCating and off-site laboratory analysis.

Waste Analysis Plan (WAP)

Accurate waste characterization is required by the EPA and state agencies.  A WAP is required to provide a "road map" to compliance to ensure that  proper waste characterization is conducted.  In some cases process knowledge is allowable to partially or completely characterize the waste.  However,  a targeted waste analysis is needed to complete the characterization process where process knowledge is lacking.

Waste Sampling

The Kleen-Team provides professional third party sampling of the waste streams needed.  In many cases proper sampling of the waste with targeted analysis can be the deciding factor in classifying a waste stream.  If the classification is errant, this can cause a misclassification and possible regulatory infractions or create an increase the cost of final waste disposal.

Water Sampling

We can provide water sampling for storm water runoff plans as well as periodic NPDES sampling events.

Air Sampling

We can provide indoor air quality as well as emissions testing for regulatory compliance in many different applications.
